My previous credit card registered with Microsoft has expired. In trying to add my new card details, under Payment Options, I get a blank screen. Every time.

    Hi Jeremy,

May I know which Office 365 subscription plan are you using, is it Office 365 Personal/Home or else?

However, based on the description issue most likely to lie with browser side. You may try to clear/reset the internet browser cache to check this issue.

Have tried to check this issue via using different browser? If not, please try to use different browser (e.g. latest Firefox or Chrome browser) or InPrivate/ Incognito browse window to determine whether it is a specific browser side issue.

For your reference:  Add, update, or remove a credit card or other payment option for Office 365 for home

Your time and understanding will be highly appreciated.

    Best regards,

    Shyamal
