Excel bug in Function Arguments window

Sometimes 1 image explains it all.

I encounter the following anytime I'm switching between different 'Function Arguments' windows. For instance anytime there are multiple functions within 1 formula and I switch between those:

No need to say this totally ruins the Excel experience...

    That could be a display driver issue, so try updating your drivers.

    @Bernie thanks for your sharing.

    Have you tried Bernie's suggestion to update your drivers? Does this display issue still exist? Can you use Word normally now? Do you still need my support? It would be great if you can share with me your recent progress when you are free.
