Dynamic Question

Hi,

We want to create a Form which is based on a set of questions available in the excel sheet.

It may possible that few users might have only two questions to answer and others may have to answer all of them.

Also, is it possible to change the question depends on the user?

e.g.

Hi <UserName>

According to our records, your birthdate is <<DD-MM-YYYY>>. Is this correct? Please confirm.

To answer, the user will select the Radio button either Yes or No. And if the user selects No then text box should be visible to provide a comment.

regards,

Rahul :D)

With the current design of Microsoft Forms, the option you're referring to is not yet available. The feature you are inquiring about is really a good idea and would be a great feature to have.

If you want to send suggestions, you can send your feedback through Forms User.

    Thank you for the reply.

But branching will resolve my second issue. My primary issue is Dynamic values in the question. As per example, birthday is not same for all the members. How to resolve that issue?

My idea is, we should have an excel file, where we can put the set of questions for each member and forms can show those questions to the member.

    regards,

    Rahul : D)

    Hello Rahul,

To assist you with your concern regarding Microsoft Forms, I suggest that you try the branching. Branching makes changes according to the responses given to a specific questions. However, you have to do it manually and add different types of questions.
