Microsoft office 2016 graph loading issue

Microsoft office 2016 graph is not loading in any office application like word,excel, power point etc. 

i have reinstalled the MS office 2016 with latest patch but he will not help, i have also update windows 10.

Still we face issue whenever we select the graph it will show loading loading and noting has been load.

    Thank you for the information. However, we need the screen recording to know more about your concern and for us to be able to replicate your issue and suggest a solution for this concern. You can also add on the screen recording the Task Manager view for us to check if an app like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint is consuming a lot of CPU usage. To do this, on your keyboard you can press: Ctrl+Shift+ Esc>> Select Options>> Always on top>> Then try to load the graphs again and check if the app that you have used is consuming a lot of CPU usage. Please use the private message that I have sent to share the screen recording. To view your private messages, click on your profile name, select My Profile, and then click on View private messages.
