Hello there, I work as an IT admin for Timbercreek. Yesterday, I transferred around 150 Users from ENTERPRISEPACK to SPE_E3. Some of the users are getting the following prompts on their devices. "The intune company portal is required for the account  ******@domain.com. You will nob be able to use Outlook until the Company Portal is installed or this account is removed. To install the company portal, choose Keep Account and follow the on-screen prompts." Till now I have just assigned the licenses and haven't started with the Intune configuration. I wonder why they are getting this prompt. How can I disable this for now?

    Hi Sushant Kadam,

Greetings, based on my knowledge, "SPE_E3" refers to Microsoft 365 E3, which include Microsoft Intune services. For your reference: Transform your Enterprise with Microsoft 365

From your description, only some users are having this issue, to narrow down whether this issue is related with the Outlook client or with their account, pleaes let one of the affected user try to sign in his account in a different PC to see if there is the same issue in there.

In addition, based on the error messages, to confirm whether this issue is related with the Intune license, it is recommended to check if you have assign the Microsoft Intune license to those affected users. If so and you have not planned to deploy Intune recently. If so, remove the Microsoft Intune license and check the result.

Moreover, if you need further assistance, to help you better, I need to collect following information for analysis:

    1. A screenshoot of the error messages.
    2. A screenshoot of the affected user's licenses and also a screenshot of the user license without problems.
    3. How did you transfer users from ENTERPRISEPACK to SPE_E3?

    Regards,

    Jennifer
