How to fix can't copy paste to RDP windows server 2012?

Hi I would like to ask if someone who can help me of my issue. I cannot copy a text or a word from my desktop to the RDP. I am currently using RDP in windows server 2012. I've tried restarting the server but the problem is still the same, also I also tried ending task of RDP Clip but its still the same, changing 1 to 0 hexadecimal in regedit is still the same. sorry for my bad English, I hope someone who can help me Thanks.
