The custom error module does not recognize this error

I would like to download a custom report from the security and compliance in the admin center and have accessed the download link through the email sent to me by your system. When clicking on the link I get the error "The custom error module does not recognize this error" and when I try it on Firefox and Edge it gives me 400 report wasn't found.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Thank you

Just a by-the-by, I tried a download through Chrome again today, then got the same "custom error module does not recognize this error" message.  I had noticed that it had not asked me to log into my Microsoft account, so I must have had some cached credentials.  I manually opened up one of my office 365 sites which still in Chrome, explicitly logged out, then tried the link again in Chrome.  this time it prompted me through the logon process, then downloaded the file just fine.

Could not do the same in Edge.  Even though I explicitly logged out of Office 365 while in Edge, then closed and re-opened the browser, I still got the error message when trying to download the report.  However, I will say, that just signing out of SharePoint might not have cleared my credentials since I have the Outlook client running (connected to Exchange Online in O365), and I think One Drive may have it's own track of credentials too, and that is always running in the background I think....

    Hi WMCM95,

Unfortunately, I don't have any cases like that. Just wondering does these two different reports has any difference? If you could find any factors that could lead the error, that will be great.

    Kind Regards,

    George

    Hi George,

Thank you for your reply. I am having the error on Chrome both incognito and regular browser.

I get the 400 error wasn't found on Firefox and Edge.

I ran another report and I was able to download it. Seems like this is intermittent do you have any similar cases reported on your end?
