Copy/Move files in Sharepoint only option is "Keep Both"

Question

When moving or copying file/folders within SharePoint, if there is an existing item with the same name you only get the option to "Keep Both" and not overwrite.  Sometimes you want to overwrite to keep 2 directories in sync.

What am I missing?

As your concern you want to re-write the file when Move or copy items from a SharePoint document library,to another SharePoint online documents library, then you can see two option Keep both and Replace ,we you click Replace it should be re-write to exiting file in other document library .

Meanwhile, we would like to confirm: Did you see Replace option?

we check in our side with the move to /copy to folder to another documents library that have already same folder we also get only one option keep both. However, for move to files from one document library to another library we get two option keep both and replace and We are sorry for this feature limitation. We also see other members mentioning this as well in UserVoice.

Thanks for confirming but I'm sure this hasn't been that way and must only be a recent change or a bug.  Is there any way to confirm that this is expected behavior? (really like to know why they think this is a good idea and different to file copying in Windows)
