Problems creating labels from Excel

After about an hour, I've managed to create a single page of labels in Word of 21 labels. The problem is that there are 129 labels to print. Does anyone know how to print the whole lot? or would I be quicker hand writing all my christmas card envelopes....

    Hi Innes,

It definitely should use all of the addresses. Are you completing the merge or printing from the screen? When you complete the merge, you have an option to merge to printer or to a new document - choose new document. This is usually better so you can check the output before printing.

Are you using the mail merge feature in Word? If so, be sure to turn off the Preview button before you click on the Finish & Merge button.
