FSLogix installation fails on Windows 2008 R2

Question

Hello

I try to Install FSLogix 2015 on Windows 2008 R2 and have some error

Error Tips: failed to start redirector driver (0x80070241)

& Error Log

I read the official doc from Microsoft,I believe it can sup 2008R2

But I try 5 virtual machine & reinstall on clean OS it still have same error.
