The 'unhide' button is disabled/not clickable on my right click options in MS Excel. Can you please assist on this as this is the fastest/most convenient way I unhide rows/columns? Thanks!

Thanks Chitrahaas! Really appreciate your info as this is very helpful. However, it didn't resolve the part where the 'Unhide' button is disabled in the right click options. Can you assist on that?

    Hi RSCXE,

Thanks for writing back and letting us know.

As we can’t reproduce the problem at our end (as provided the result in above image), we would like you provide the following information for moving further:

    a. Screenshot of Office Account page. (Open any Office application> Account)

Note: Please mask the email address and tenant name to protect your privacy.

    b. Does the problem occurs to specific Excel file or all Excel files? Can you try to reproduce the problem by testing new Excel file?

    c. When did the problem occurs to start? If you remember any changes made before the problem occurs, please provide them.

Note: We asked the above queries, as it helps us to give a path to provide the correct suggestion to resolve the problem.

    Appreciate your patience.

    Thanks,

    Chitrahaas
