I tried importing that model into PowerPoint 2019 and was able to do so with no problem. So it's not a problem with the model or PowerPoint, but with your installation. Here are the steps to run an Office repair:
- Close all Office applications.
- Click on the Start button, then on Settings, then on Apps.
- Select Microsoft Office 2019 then click on the Modify button.
- Choose Online Repair (it's more effective), then click on the Repair button.
- Allow the process to complete, restart your computer, then see if T-Rex will join your presentation.
