I tried importing that model into PowerPoint 2019 and was able to do so with no problem. So it's not a problem with the model or PowerPoint, but with your installation. Here are the steps to run an Office repair:

    1. Close all Office applications.
    2. Click on the Start button, then on Settings, then on Apps.
    3. Select Microsoft Office 2019 then click on the Modify button.
    4. Choose Online Repair (it's more effective), then click on the Repair button.
    5. Allow the process to complete, restart your computer, then see if T-Rex will join your presentation.

    Hi [[[[NoNaMe]]]],

I suggest that you repair PowerPoint, see this article on how to repair an Office application.

Also, since you've mentioned that you're an Office 365 subscriber, you may contact our support through this link.

Should you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to post back in the community.
