Changing Language Setting

Can you please tell me how to change the language in the current setting? I don't have the authority to do so. Please change it to English if you can. Attached is the picture of the page where I want to change the setting, but don't have the authority to do so. Thank you! 13135-capture.jpg

    Hi,

    Is it a domain joined account, right?
    I understand you want to change your display language in Microsoft 365 website but display language edit option show the red error. Right?

    So we need to contact with IT administrator to check if any setting was configured on admin side.
