Error in power query excel 2016: Initialization of the data source failed

Hi, 

I am using excel 2016. When I used power query to get data from other sources, I got error message "Initialization of the data source failed: check the database server or contact you database administrator. Make sure the external database in available and then try the operation again.

When open file in other PC and query, it work perfectly. Please help me.
