Delete duplicate email items after migration

Hi, 

is there an easy way to delete duplicate email items in my O365 mailbox after migration. Thousands of emails are being duplicated. Any power shell command available to use?

Thank you for posting. You may refer to the article to check the PowerShell script to see whether it can meet your requirement. Please note that as article mentioned Script also works against Office 365 / Exchange Online by specifying an e-mail address as Mailbox. See Removing Duplicate Items from a Mailbox
