activate 12 month subscription

Question

i purchased a laptop yesterday and it said you get a free 12 month subscription for office 365 but I cant seem to find any code or anything to activate this?? Anyone else had/having this problem..

Where's my product key?

When your Office purchase or offer is included with your new PC, an Office product key is transmitted digitally to your PC when you activate Windows. You don't need or receive a printed product key. To reinstall Office or manage your Office 365 subscription, you'll use your Microsoft account to log in to your Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page.

You have tagged onto another person's thread so I have no idea where you are with your Office.  Microsoft Office Professional Plus is  a volume licence and is not on sale to the public legitimately.  I have no idea which Office you have purchased or whether it came pre-installed or which computer you have.

You MUST follow the PC makers instructions to activate & create the MS Account, no key is used

I am an independent advisor.

Usually when you get Office 365 you get a key with 25 characters with you need to reedem it with a Microsoft account. If you haven’t have a product key it is important to verify in the store for that one.

In case you have one you will be able to redeem it here: office.com/setup.
