I’m having issues accessing certain pages of my notes through onenote on my iPad. I can access them on my PC and iphone, but not on my ipad. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in, deleting the app and reinstalling it, resetting it through settings, etc. and none of this seems to work.

I'm sorry, but I tried OneNote 2 years ago as means for taking notes for class and I hated it. Aside from the random font changes (both in size and style), random lines that appear right between my words in which you'd think I chose to strike them out (and no I did not), this syncing problem has been a CONSTANT issue. I hated it so much I immediately stopped using it. I am now required to, to share my notes with peers who need extra help and again I am facing every single one of these issues again. My point is, the syncing problem has still not been assessed and the only solution provided is to wait. Are you telling me every single time I try to sync my notes the server is facing high volumes? This is ridiculous. I am aware this is not something you personally can fix but I want others to know this is an ongoing problem that hasn't been attended to for years!

what has solved the issue for me was to basically close the whole notebook and then reopen it, described as follows in here: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-troubleshoot-and-fix-common-sync-issues-onenote-windows-10

Hi MichelleJZ, my name is Jay, an independent advisor and I'll do my best to help today.

I have researched your error code. Some users say that if you log in and log out the error shouldn't happen again in the new login.

Others say to update the app, but I have seen that there is no update available for you.

Maybe try this method and reply back if it worked.

    Regards,

    Jay.

Hello! So this has been happening for the past few days. I’m a dental student and constantly having to study so I really need to access these notes. The link you sent me doesn’t offer solutions, just to wait things out. But I honestly can’t because I really need to study my notes.
