The product we found in your account can't be used to activate Access. what should i do to activate the product as i have licesnced Microsoft office 2019?

    What version of Office 2019 have you purchased? Access is not included with Office 2019 Home & Student or Office 2019 Home & Business.

    If you purchased either of the above and have Access installed on your computer, the most likely reason would be because a trial version of Office 365 was installed on your computer which wasn't uninstalled prior to installing your version of Office 2019.
