    Hi Marquita Hicks,

I've tested on my side, all works as expected, I'm willing to help you, but I need to confirm some things as below:

Normally, there will have error message above the Session ID, could you tell me the specific content of the error message?

Besides, could you tell me how did you try to access this form? From a SharePoint site, the form's share link, or the Group forms panel in Microsoft Forms's homepage? If you didn't try to access from Microsoft Forms's homepage, login and check if it exists in the Group forms panel.

    Regards,

    YS

    Dear MARQUITA

I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.

I have checked and I can log in to Forms and Office. So the servers are up. Can you login to office.com to your account? Please check different browsers and in Private. If you will not be able to login , I suggest to contact your IT administrator so they can check your account.
