Hi Andrea,

Sorry for the inconvenience the issue caused. And we really appreciate all your effort and time for reporting this issue. We have received the updates from our related resources. Here we'd like to share a summary for the issue which will benefit other community members.

The possible scenarios:

Users cannot access the responses to a form they created. When the form is opened, the error below is displayed:

"This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information"

Issue Environment:

Microsoft Forms

Assessment:

For the Business users who have been impacted by this issue, please inform your organization's Office 365 IT Administrator and ask them to create a support ticket in the Admin Center. The Support team there has the correct escalation channel for handling this issue and they can help you unlock your affected forms.

At the same time, a few days ago, we received multiple reports from customers about this issue and some confirmed the issue was resolved after they created a new form for test purpose and submitted the response. After doing this, they were able to access responses of the blocked forms. I’ll suggest you try creating and submitting the form, see if the fixes the issue. Here’s the thread for your reference: Unable to access form responses

Apologize for not able to do it on our side, our team have limited resources to this task..

Thanks for your understanding!

Best Regards,

Sukie

I read the different messages and I tried changing titles and nothing seems to be working. The message appears when selecting “Anyone can respond to the form”. It will disappear if “Only people within my Organization will respond”.

Tried posting in the Community but I’m not allowed to.

    Anyway you can help?

    Andrea
