I would like to know on how to do following task based on given conditions

For given table, there are only 2 existing codes for inventory

For return table, there are 5 codes and require to update into existing codes for inventory

1, 4, 7 would be added into existing table under column C

For return table, there are 2 codes and require to update into existing codes for inventory

1 would be added into existing table under column C

10 would be deleted under column C

Does anyone have any suggestions?
