Office 365 Web app Authentication loop

We have few cases now wherein when a user logs in to Office 365 web portal (or any web version of Office 365 apps) the user gets stuck in an authentication loop.  The login pop up window keeps on popping up. This happens when a user is using a personal pc, we have tried every possible solution -  i.e. delete browser's cache, try multiple browsers, clear credentials in credential manager, etc - but to no avail.  This is a big issue for us as some students weren't able to login to do their school work online.

    Hi

I've done that already and the issue still persists.  Here's a screenshot, it shows the log in window that keeps popping up in a loop whenever we're entering our user credentials.

    Hello Darpan

As I mentioned, we have tried every solution we could think of - cleared browser's cache/cookies, tried different browsers, installed and reinstalled browsers - but no luck.  As for your suggestion, we do not use MFA at the moment thus I don't think our issue is related to that.

Your advise will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Caressa101,

Thank you for the posting in our forum community.

Regarding this issue, may I please confirm that did you have cleared browser history with cookies?

Regarding your description, kindly try to resolve the issue from disabling and enabling again multifactor authentication for users from the Office 365 Admin Center, if it can work for the authentication issue.****After disabling the multifactor authentication, kindly wait for few minutes and after few minutes enable again this authentication and try to check that if the issue is disappear or not.

For disabling or enabling Multifactor Authentication, kindly refer this detailed article:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/security-and-compliance/set-up-multi-factor-authentication?view=o365-worldwide

Let us feel free to know your updated result.

    Regards,

    Darpan
