Microsoft PowerPoint

Hello,

I have a Samsung tab s4 that I use in college. I have the PowerPoint app on my tablet and use it every day. However I find the app very frustrating because there are multiple glitches. 

1.) I can’t use the draw tool without grabbing text boxes and images, so I can only draw in presenter mode 

2.) In presenter mode I’m not able to switch between eraser, highlighter, and pen

3.) If I have the app open and move to google, when I come back to PowerPoint it closes. So I have to wait for it to load and reopen every time I leave the app. 

4.) Half of the time my annotations that I draw onto the screen don’t save, even if I select “keep annotations” when I exit presentation mode. 

5.) Clicking in different slides doesn’t move to the other side (sometimes... sometimes it does work) 

6.) probably the most frustrating, the app will close in the middle of lecture and I lose all of my notes. Even tho it is supposed to autosave, nothing has been saved when I reopen the powerpoint from my one drive. 

Has anyone heard of any of these issues before?

I haven't heard of these specific errors, but as John says, your best approach is to submit bug reports to MS using the "Feedback" system. The best path for you probably is using "UserVoice"

You may abe able to fix some of these issues by uninstalling PowerPoint from your tablet, then reinstalling.

To send reports about the remaining bugs, look in the app for a Feedback heading or smiley-face/frown face icons. Describe one problem per report. Submitting sends the info to the Android programming team.
