Button/Macro to Delete All Ink Annotations

Hi all,

In previous versions of Word, it was possible to create a button to a Macro that would delete all ink annotations on a document.  I tried those same steps in Word 2016  (create Macro, etc.) but it's not working.  Is there any way to do this in the new version (2016)?

I find myself repeating the same manual steps on a regular basis for my work....

File -> Check for Issues -> Inspect Document -> Inspect -> Remove All

Please tell me there's a way to automate these steps in 2016, as there was in earlier versions of Word!!  :)

Thanks for any help.

Jon

    Hi,

My name is Naval and I am an Independent Advisor. I would like to help you.

You can delete all ink from Archive / Check document / Comments, revisions, versions and notes. And then select delete all ink.

Hope this information helps. Please post if you need any further assistance.

    Regards

Have you tried using the macro that you had in the prior version?
