And I suggest you to copy the last changes in a Word file in order to update later in cloud, because is probably that you need to reset your OneNote.

In order to avoid a dataloss, with any Internet explorer go to https://onenote.com access with your credentials, you will see the list of your notebooks, open your notebook and verify if your data was synced, if is not try again, but if still appears that error message, it is possible that have a service degradation, try later again.
