Hi Riaan,

The Manipulate Points on Charts add-in is designed for Excel 2010 according to the users requirements, after the feature been deprecated since Excel 2007. According to some users' feedback, it also can be used on Excel 2013, but not on Excel 2016. 

Since you are Office 365 subscriber, I assume that you are using the latest version of Excel, and the MPOC add-in wouldn't be compatible with it even if the link in Download Center is available. So I would recommend posting your requirement of the add-in or the feature in the Excel for Windows forum in UserVoice. You may also click the smiley face on the up right of Excel to send your requirement to the Excel development team.
