Help please!!!

I have this message continually appearing & is causing access problems

"Incorrect email address

The Microsoft account that you signed in with is not the email address that needs verification. To verify the correct email address, follow the instructions in your verification email message, then sign in with the email address referenced in that message."

I also cannot change my credit card

I also cannot get access as administrator

My "primary" email is correct!

Any ideas how to fix?

Many thanks

David

    Hello David,

Regarding the error messages that you've provided me, I'd like to ask if there any changes made to your account before the issue started. Also, do you experience the same behavior when accessing your account using a different browser? Lastly, are you able to access the affected account using this link?

Since you're encountering a problem when changing your Credit Card information, we would highly suggest contacting our Microsoft Accounts & Billing through this link. We have a dedicated department that can assist you further.

Should you need further assistance, feel free to post back to Microsoft Community.

David, the link provided by Anoneth is a link to your Microsoft Account and verifies that your Microsoft Account is working in good order.  The error message you are receiving is in connection with your Office Account, which you can access from your Microsoft Account at the very top of the page where there is a link to Services & Subscriptions.  You need to sign into the Office Account using the same email address and password for the Microsoft Account that you used to setup your Office for the first time.  You should be able to see the email address at: http://www.office.com/setup   You can also sign into your Office Account at:

    https://www.office.com/Myaccount or https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Yes I can access via the link

I don't remember changing anything in Microsoft

    It's a permanent message

I have contacted accounts on at least 3 to 4 times over 6 months...no response!

My Password Manager now no longer works as a result of this

    Its a joke!
