Hi
Have used Sway to set up children's learning journals and shared them with parents. Some children are moving on to school is there a way we can archive these sways so that parents still have access but we can make new sways for new children enrolling?

No, sorry, you can't archive them. The older ones should sort to the bottom of the list and if you shared using a url, the person viewing would only see that sway.
