Billing Currency

Hi

I have changed my region / country successfully from Australia to the UK after a lot of fuss. Now it's time to pay my annual subscription and the bill is in AUD. I have already put a UK credit card to use but can't move the bill to this card because it says payments for Australia only.  If I've changed by region - which I apparently have - why is my account still billing me in AUD and asking me to pay the subscription for Australia only and won't let me use a UK credit card?

Thanks

Angela

    Hi Angela,

You may encounter this issue if you are in a different region from where Office 365 was purchased. You may cancel the existing subscription or wait for it to expire (the region of purchase) assuming the expiration date is very soon. Here's an article on how to cancel subscription. Also, you may contact our Office support for further assistance regarding your concern.

Should you have any other concern, don't hesitate to post back in the community.
