Hi

Is there a way to batch print multiple SharePoint Online List item forms?

Right now, my end user opens 10 items individually in order to print them and take them to a meeting.  Is there a way to streamline this?

Thanks

Larry

    Hi Larry,

Thanks for your in this community and glad to help you.

From the description provided, when I tried to Print the item in the SharePoint Online list, we can’t find the Print option for printing the item in the list. So, if possible, can you please guide us how your end users trying print the individual item?

Apart from it, as your requirement is to print the item properties in the SharePoint Online List, you can export the SharePoint List and give a print.

Open the SharePoint Online list> Click Return to Classic SharePoint> Click on the List in the Ribbon> Export to Excel> Open the downloaded file> Click on Enable and select Table to get the data into new Excel worksheet> File> Print.

Lastly, can we know what’s your detail requirement at your end? It will help us to find some better solution that suits to your end.

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Regards,

    Chitrahaas

    Hi Chitrahaas

In order to print the form, the user need to select the item from the list and do a Ctrl + P and print it that way.  There are no print options outside of that.

The end user wants to be able to print the item in from view and not in list view.  With the option to select multiple items and print them in form view.

    Thanks

    Larry
