Cannot Access OneNote Notebooks - Error Message "Service Unavailable"
Hello,
This just started happening this morning. I confirmed I'm on the most recent version.
When I attempt to access any of my Notebooks I receive a "Service Not available" message. Screencap attached.

2019-10-01T19:38:34+00:00 Hi A. User,
Sorry for all the inconvenience caused by this issue.
I tested at our end using different version (included latest version) of OneNote, we didn’t have the same issue as yours. Based on this error message, seems like a server issue cased this. To narrow down this issue, we need to confirm these information:
- I assume that this issue happened when you using OneNote application, can you check what happened if you access notebooks in OneNote Online? You can sign in with you work account when access this URL: https://www.onenote.com/notebooks.
- Can you confirm that does this issue happen to your colleagues?
- If it’s available, can you contact admin and inform him go to
check if there is any in information in the Service Health Dashboard. If yes, this issue may be a tenant level issue. If not, please post back in this thread, and I will keep follow up on this issue with you.
@ kimsnyder4, you can also check my post and see if you have similar situation.
Regards,
Ivy
