Slow Performance Issues on Planner

Typing on a Task Card is like watching a 1970's vide-printer... if anyone remembers them!

I've removed thumbnails and temp internet files using Disk CleanUp but this hasnt improved the situation.

What's next to try please?

Thanks

    Dear Phil,

I’d like you to confirm whether the issue happens when you are using Microsoft Planner on your computer or the Planner app on iPad or iPhone.

For us to clarify the performance issue in your environment, I’d like you to record a video showing the issue in your environment. If you confirm that the video can be shared publicly, please add your confirmation and provide the video link here directly. If no, I’d like you to provide the video link in the private message for us to get it.

How to record the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    Best Regards,
