Lost Table in Access

I was trying to change to view of my icons in Microsoft Access but somehow changed the property attibutes to "hidden" and now cannot find a vital table!  HELP!!!!!!

Right-click on the Navigation Pane (The header text) and then select Navigation Options ... from the context menu that will appear.  In the dialog, check the Show Hidden Objects (in the Display Options) and Click OK.

The table should now appear again.  Right-click on it, select Table Properties and then Uncheck the Hidden attribute.

Now you can go back into the Navigation Option and uncheck the Show Hidden Objects again.
