Admin Partner Center; RunTime Error Office 0365

I have been receiving this message since yesterday 11/18/19 I need to get in to fix a customers account, troubleshooting performed so far; Restarted PC/Refreshed paged several times/ Cleared Browsing Cache/ Signed out and back in/tried all different web browsers and I am still receiving this error message. Does anyone have any ideas, I am still able to access Exchange and all other Microsoft functions it's only Office 0365 and all my other co-workers can reach the site, it seems to be only me having the issue, I hope that's enough for some ideas.

Hello Samantha McGehee,

Thanks for your kindly reply. Then this is not a server problem. This might be caused by incompatibility with the browser. You can try to open incognito mode in Chrome to see if it can help.

Meanwhile, if you still have this problem in Chrome, we recommend you use Firefox to access Admin center as a workaround.

Thanks for your cooperation and efforts.

Best Regards,

Sylvie

I found out it's only Chrome, I even did the update to Chrome and it still didn't allow me to the site, however I can access the site through FireFox.

    Hello Samantha McGehee,

I am writing this thread by now. We had similar incident MO196220 that the users may have been unable to access Microsoft 365 services (including Microsoft 365 admin center). This issue was solved at Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 3:40 AM UTC.

Please kindly check whether this problem persists on your side. If so, please don’t hesitate to post back to let us know and provide the log via browser developer tool in PM so that we can check it further.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Best Regards,

    Sylvie

    Hello Samantha McGehee,

My understanding to your issue is that, you can’t login onlyOffice 365 partner admin center and would receive following error message “Runtime error”, other services like Exchange admin center would work well with no error.

Since only your account has this issue, it shouldn’t be a tenant issue. Typically, this error often indicates a server issue, or browser is sending wrong request. May I confirm with you have you tried another PC browser, and how’s the outcome? Also try to use browser developer tool (like chrome): Settings”…” -> More tools -> Developer tools

Then try to login Office portal to reproduce this issue. After done, check if there’s any HTTP error:

If issue still persists, to further check it, may I collect your account address for checking? To protect your privacy, I sent one private message to you, please check it: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox.

    Best Regards,

    Anna
