Cannot Install Office after purchasing from TechSoup

I purchased Office via a TechSoup donation. I was authorized by the VLSC and received download information and product keys. Once I downloaded the setup it prompted me to continue installing by "reading the Office Install documents." I don't know where those are located. I have tried entering my product key and my setup key in numerous locations. I have made a Microsoft Account with my work email but apparently Office 2019 is still not assigned to me. Any time I try to open or create a document/sheet/etc I am asked to "Activate" which just leads me to the same circle of entering keys and logging into Microsoft. We are a theatre company with a very small staff, so I am not an IT professional but am the closest thing we've got. 

If anyone has suggestions or needs clarity I will be happy to illuminate, as I can't get any more work done until office is installed.
