How do you move the tags up or down on the drop-down menu?

How do you edit (rename) the tags like OneNote 2016?

    Dear MBA4e

    I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.

    Click on more actions under the Tags in Home tab ( OneNote 2016 ) and click on Customize tags. There you will find the option to move the tags and edit them

    Win10 Onenote, not 2016.
