Runtime Error - Admin Center

Hi,

i got a problem access the exchange office 365 admin center. Whenever i try to access the url "admin.microsoft.com" or try to start the application via "office.com" the error "Server Error in '/' Application" comes up.

I am the global administrator.

Anyone experiencing the same issue? Or maybe got a solution?

Hi Wyn,

For the start, please try to connect the admin portal using different web browsers (Edge and IE). For the next step, try to open the portal from InPrivate browsers. At the end, try to delete browsing history, cookies, cached files and the rest of the content from one browser and check whether the issue persists. 

For the further troubleshooting, please run the following tests:

  • If the other administrators can't reproduce the issue, please try to sign in to the portal with different admin account on your PC.
  • And vice-versa, try to sign in with your account using different machine.

Please provide me with tests results.
