Exam registration doesn't work

Hello, I want to take the AZ900 Exam but when I continue in the process after I typed in my name and so on this display appear: 120417-image.png

I tried everything in the steps but it doesn't work.. I know that I have to take the exam with my private Email address and I also link my company Email... can anyone help me?
