SharePoint WebClient Returning 401 unauthorized

Hi

I have a SharePoint web part solution that use web client

but I am getting 401 unauthorized error .

I have put the setdefaultcrediential to be true 

And still getting errors

Can anyone please help me to see what I can to do get this resolved?
