Unable to send emails via SNOV.IO using my O365 email account

Hi, I've just moved over to O365 from Rackspace. Previously I used SNOV.IO as my email tool and now can't get it to work.
I'm failing login with the following message in O365 Admin - Access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies. The access policy does not allow token issuance.

I cannot see how to change the CAP. Snov have said turn on 2FA (which I've done) and then set up an app password (which it doesnt look like I can do).

Any ideas on how I can fix this please?

    Hi @david tewkesbury

Since SNOV.IO is a third party service, sorry I am not quite familiar with it.

Snov have said turn on 2FA (which I've done) and then set up an app password (which it doesnt look like I can do).

About how to set up an app password, please follow the suggestions in this link:
How to setup app password in Exchange 365?
If MFA has been enabled for your account, you may see the option to add a App password.
