Error when installing Office 365

I bought Office 365 from a shop in the UK, tried to activate it but gave me the following error:

A: Unable to redeem the product key

B: Risk rejected

Correlation ID: 4efb1faf-5171-449b-9284-608a08024e75.

I called Microsoft Office and stayed on the line 45 minutes. Then I was passed to the technical support team. Line was cut off.

Called again, I was told that a replacement product key will be given my the technical support team. Was put on to the support team and line was cut off again. I am talking here about 2 hours of skype calls.

Any one encountered this before and any advise please?

    You mention that support indicated they will provide you with a replacement key - I am sorry to say, you will need to wait for their feedback and new key.
