Does microsoft forms record data such as IP address of those who complete the survey?

Hi JosE,

Since the IP address is a kind of private message and it may be changed when a user response to Microsoft Forms in different places or even the same place, Microsoft Forms doesn't record this info. Thanks for your understanding.
