Secure score report stuck exporting

Hi,

As per the closed threat https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/microsoft-secure-score-export-stuck-exporting/8de0b04a-b803-4ff4-aeb4-cd5c89bfc46b our tenant, and two customer tenants are stuck with secure score unable to export the report. 

As per the answer, none of these tenants have EX194558 posted in their respective Service Health Dashboard (SHD).

I cannot PM Rick Song the tenant ID as no option is presented.

As noted in the thread comments, this has been down for weeks, and the lack of entries in the SHD implies that the scoping of the issue may be missing swathes of tenancies.

all of the tenancies I have access to with the issue (which has been all of them so far) are EU north, EU south, UK south based.

Hi Pete,

Service Health Dashboard has indicated that issue EX194558 has been resolved as of: Monday, November 18, 2019, at 8:00 PM UTC. If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.

Title: Can't export Secure Score

User Impact: Admins may be unable to export the Secure Score through the Security and Compliance Center (SCC).

Current status: We've determined that a recent version upgrade to the source from which Secure Score collects data resulted in incompatibility issues between the source and feature, causing impact. We've developed a fix and verified through internal testing that the fix effectively resolves that issue. The fix is expected to start deployment to all affected environments on November 11, 2019 and we'll provide an updated timeline to completion at that time.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected and any admin may be impacted.

Start time: Friday, October 18, 2019, at 12:00 PM UTC

Estimated time to resolve: We expect that fix is safely implemented through our change management process within the next three weeks.

Root cause: A recent version upgrade to the source from which Secure Score collects data resulted in incompatibility between the source and feature, resulting in impact.

Next update by: Monday, November 11, 2019, at 8:00 PM UTC
