Please help. We cannot open our Volume License Account because of this error. We need a visibility of our existing license on that account.

    I have the same issue,

Tryin to click on the sign in and is coming back to the same page !!

You have linked your VLSC sign in account with your work account "******@*****.onmicrosoft.com". Please use your work account to  Sign In

A constant and recurring problem for me over many months. I've wasted many hours trying to fix it.  Once I've clicked on "log in with personal account", due to what MS view as a "Work" account being linked to the VLSC I'm stuck in a loop of not being able to sign out or in, even after deleting coookies. Only way round it is to change MS pasword every time.

    Hi Michael_JSU,

Greetings. Based on your description, I understand the volume license account you described is an Office 365 for Business account, if so, I'd like to confirm when the issue occurs, is it when you login to Office portal or other website?

If you can login to Office portal, you can tab your avatar > My account > Subscriptions to check your existing license.

If I have any misunderstanding, please feel free to correct me, and to help you further, please offer me more details.

    1. Complete screenshot of the error message.
    2. Is your account a pure Exchange Online account?

    Best Regards,

    Betty
