I have created a slicer that is linked to two data sources for my power pivot dashboard. Since slicer is for months I need to sort it chronologically. Is this possible please?

    Click on the Slicer heading...

You should see 'Options' tab on the ribbon.

Click on 'Slicer Settings' on the tab. You should see the following options. Choose as you want...

    Hi charlie2206

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. Right click on your slicer > Slicer settings > Here, you have sort options.

Thanks for replying, but I am getting a different option in my settings window.  I think it is because my slicer is actually a pivot table used to create a relationship between two different data sources.  Choosing data source order still doesn't work as slicer is still alphabetical.

That means your dates are not real dates (numbers formatted as date using a cell number format), you have text strings in your cells. And a text can be sorted alphabetical only.

    Andreas.
