Style Separator Not Working

Hello everyone,

Please see attached image. Is there a way to format like this without tables? I tried Style Separator but normal text loses indentation.

Please guide. I'll be grateful.

    Hi

    This is what is called a hanging indent.

    As Doug indicated, you would simply apply the formatting you want to your lead text. The Strong character style will work. Only one paragraph style is used.

    There is no need to use a style separator to achieve that.  Simply format the paragraph with the required hanging indent and then apply the Strong character style to the Strenghts & Interests:
