Problems activating MIcrosoft Office 2019

i have bought and installed Microsoft Office for Home & Student 2019 but when I try to activate it, it says ' Licence not found'. I have already checked that I am using the correct Microsoft log in.

    I think I've been scammed by Fast Software - although this software looks legit and has a good TrustPilot score (Ha!), if you seek support they do not reply. Further checking suggests they are just a bunch of scammers. 

    NEVER BUY FROM FAST SOFTWARE

    Could you try all the methods that this article provides to troubleshoot activation errors on Office? Also, it would be good if you check if the purchase didn't have any errors, since it may be that it wasn't completed...

    Yes I checked as best I could - it showed up fine within my account services & subscriptions, and I tried re-installing it from my Microsoft account too, after it said Id already used my product key in October (true, I had!)
