A family of Microsoft presentation graphics products that offer tools for creating presentations and adding graphic effects like multimedia objects and special effects with text.
To link an Excel table to PowerPoint slides:
- Select the table in Excel and copy it.
- In PowerPoint, choose the Home tab, click on the bottom half of the Paste button and choose Paste Special.
- Select the Paste link option, then select Microsoft Office Binary Worksheet Object and click on OK. The table is pasted.
To update the linked table, right-click on it and choose Update link. You should also see an Update links button in a Security Notice dialog after closing and reopening the presentation.
