WSUS post configuration don't work after reinstall WSUS

Question

Hello,

I need help to fix my WSUS server problem on my window server 2016.

What I have already tried:

1. Uninstall WSUS, database (WID), files and contents in the disk to install the old WSUS
   then reinstall everything (graphical or command line)

2) Uninstall WSUS, IIS server then reinstall IIS server and WSUS.

Here, I am short of ideas and solution because, I always find the same problem System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070003).
