Dear Adambrowning2000,

Glad to provide my suggestion for you.

Based on your requirement, you want to show the presentation in one place use this account and edit it from al different location use another account. And you need to see the changes in both locations.

Please don’t mind that I want to ask you about the exact situation about this case. In which scenario you want to edit the same file use different accounts in 2 locations. So that I can provide a better suggestion of Office to help you work easily.

However, we assume that you have a work account and need to use the same file with your colleague who has another work account(It can simulate the situation where you have two accounts), if you want to edit a same document use your own account, a good choice is  Document collaboration and co-authoring. You can save this file in OneDrive and share it to your colleague, then he can receive an email to access it and edit. You can also sync all the files in OneDrive to your local PC using OneDrive sync folder.

Co-authoring is recommended that all users work with at least Office 2010 or newer versions, a shared storage area like OneDrive for Business, co-authoring friendly documents and edit permission.

Here is an official article you can refer to achieve your requirement. Share and co-author a presentation by using PowerPoint for the web

You can feel free to contact us if you have further concern or questions. I will be happy to help you anytime.

Regards,

Ivy
